Change the Way You Breathe

I consider myself lucky that as a little girl, my choir teacher taught me the correct way of breathing and I had a chance to develop that into a habit from a tender age. Not just for singers, this way of breathing is helpful for every single person. It might not come naturally straight away but as you keep correcting yourself, eventually you’ll notice that your body has altered its pattern.
