Over the last few weeks concerns have escalated around the public health impact of the Coronavirus and the illness it causes, COVID-19.
I wanted to reach out to you and share my thoughts during these uncertain times.
Please, do not panic.
Sincerely follow the instructions on your government’s website (whichever country you are in) and W.H.O.’s website to stay safe.
Let us try and balance out the fears, annoyances and inconveniences with the positive things that are happening as a by-product of the preventive measures. Working from home will allow us to spend more time with our families and the saved commute times will be additional hours we can use towards indulging in our hobbies – like listening to music, reading or singing!
Let us maintain a healthy diet to keep our immunity strong and religiously follow all the steps of hygiene.
